Practice Times

High Jump Practices, Tuesdays, 7-9pm
General Practice, Fridays 3-5pm
There will no practices the week of April 20 due to coach availability

Saturday morning outdoor sessions will begin as soon as field conditions allow

Practices are in the Dalbrae gym.
*If school is cancelled, so is practice

Athletes must be registered in order to train. (see link above)

Click the link above to register with our club by paying your Athletics Nova Scotia fees. These fees cover insurance for our training and competitions, so are required. More informations is in the link at the top of the page.

2026 Spring/Summer Fees

U14 - $150
U16 - Masters - $250
Masters (35+) - $100
*Fees allow us to access to training facilities and equipment, and limited team gear.
